I met Penny at the start of my career as a makeup artist through a friend and colleague, a photographer. Back then, Penny was a fashion stylist, and we collaborated on many photoshoots. I was both grateful and astonished when she asked me to be her bridal makeup artist. Living in Chile at the time, she flew me over just for the occasion. This wedding stands out as a highlight of my career—not only did I get to work on a stunning bride, but I also had the privilege of beautifying someone as genuinely wonderful as Penny.
I’m so grateful to have been part of Andrea’s special day. After several bridal makeup trials elsewhere, she came to my studio feeling unsatisfied with the results. But when we did her trial, everything clicked effortlessly. I understood exactly the look she envisioned—feminine, elegant, light, and truly beautiful. I had the joy of doing hair and makeup for Luzma and Tim's wedding, a truly special experience. Luzma, like me, is Chilean, though she didn’t initially know I was a Chilean artist based in Adelaide. She was referred to me by her father in law (so lovely) who felt my style matched what she was seeking for her big day.
