Terms and Conditions Pia Bedregal Studio - Cosmetic Tattoo and Makeup Services

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the services provided by Pia Bedregal Studio. By booking an appointment or utilising our cosmetic tattoo and makeup services, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions:

1. Service Description: a. Pia Bedregal Studio offers cosmetic tattoo, makeup & hair styling services, including but not limited to microblading, eyebrow tattooing, lip tattooing, hair styling, and makeup application. b. Our services are performed by qualified professionals trained in the latest techniques and using high-quality products.

2. Appointment Booking: a. To schedule an appointment, please contact Pia Bedregal Studio through the designated booking channels, such as phone call, email, or online booking platform. b. Appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of a booking deposit of $50 for cosmetic tattoo procedures and $50 for makeup & hair services. c. Any changes or cancellations to appointments must be communicated within the specified time frame, as outlined in our cancellation policy.

3. Consultation: a. Prior to receiving any cosmetic tattoo service, a consultation will be conducted to assess your suitability and discuss your expectations, desired outcome, and any relevant medical or health conditions. b. It is essential to provide accurate and complete information during the consultation to ensure the best possible service and results.

4. Consent and Release: a. Before undergoing any cosmetic tattoo procedure, you will be required to provide informed consent by signing a consent form. b. By signing the consent form, you acknowledge that you have understood the procedure, associated risks, pre-care and aftercare instructions. You release Pia Bedregal Studio and its staff from any liability arising from the services provided.

5. Payment: a. The prices for our services are outlined in our pricing list or communicated during the booking process. b. Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. c. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, EFT or any other payment method specified by Pia Bedregal Studio.

6. Aftercare Instructions: a. Following your cosmetic tattoo procedure or makeup application, you will be provided with detailed aftercare instructions. b. It is your responsibility to follow the provided aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing and long-lasting results.

7. Refunds and Corrections: a. Due to the nature of cosmetic tattoo and makeup services, refunds are generally not provided. b. In case of dissatisfaction with the results, Pia Bedregal Studio may offer a correction session within a specified timeframe, subject to assessment and discretion.

8. Liability: a. Pia Bedregal Studio and its staff will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing services. However, we do not accept liability for any adverse reactions, complications, or unsatisfactory results arising from the services rendered, provided all instructions and aftercare guidelines have been followed.

9. Intellectual Property: a. All content, designs, logos, and materials associated with Pia Bedregal Studio are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia jurisdiction. b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the services provided by Pia Bedregal Studio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia jurisdiction.
