Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to makeup and hair styling services provided by Pia Bedregal Artistry. By booking an appointment or confirming a service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Pia Bedregal Artistry provides professional makeup and hair styling services for bridal, special events, photoshoots and other occasions. Services may be provided at the Pia Bedregal Artistry studio or at an agreed location.

2. Bookings & Deposits

Appointments are subject to availability.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.

Bridal bookings, larger groups or bookings requiring additional artists may be subject to additional booking terms, which will be communicated at the time of enquiry or quotation.

3. Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

Cancellations, rescheduling and any applicable fees are subject to the Pia Bedregal Artistry Cancellation Policyavailable on this website.

4. Client Preparation

Clients are responsible for following any preparation instructions provided before their appointment.

For makeup appointments, please arrive with a clean face unless otherwise advised.

For hair styling appointments, hair should be prepared according to the instructions provided prior to your booking.

Failure to follow preparation instructions may affect the time available for the service or the final result.

5. Timing

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may reduce the time available to complete your service, particularly when another client or event is scheduled afterwards.

For mobile, bridal and group bookings, agreed schedules are created to ensure everyone is ready by the required time. Changes to the number of services or timing should be discussed as early as possible.

6. Pricing & Payment

Current prices are displayed on the relevant service pages or provided as part of your individual quote.

The remaining balance is payable as agreed prior to or on the day of the appointment.

Any travel, parking, assistant or additional artist fees applicable to your booking will be communicated in advance.

7. Allergies & Sensitivities

Please advise Pia Bedregal Artistry before your appointment of any known allergies, sensitivities or relevant conditions that may affect the products or services being provided.

While professional products and appropriate hygiene practices are used, individual reactions to cosmetic or hair products can occur.

8. Results

Every effort is made to discuss your preferred look and achieve a result you are happy with. Results may vary depending on factors including skin type, hair type, condition and the reference style requested.

Please communicate any concerns during your appointment so adjustments can be made where reasonably possible.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

9. Photography

Photos or videos taken during or after an appointment will only be used for portfolio, website, social media or promotional purposes with the client's permission.

10. Intellectual Property

Content, photographs, branding, logos and other original materials belonging to Pia Bedregal Artistry may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any dispute relating to these Terms & Conditions will be dealt with in accordance with applicable Australian and South Australian law.
